Our couples this August were not that lucky with the weather but our newlyweds Aisling & Brian were prepared with matching umbrellas. Contrary to some beliefs: rain on a wedding day means actually good luck! In some cultures it is symbolizing fertility and cleansing – so ideal for a new start into married life as husband and wife.
But lets start from the beginning, when Aisiling got ready for her big day in Castlerea on the morning of her wedding day. Aisling had everything layed out just perfectly for Anthony and Ro from Love Like Crazy Photography. We met already at some wedding fairs but it was our pleasure working the first time with him on this wedding. We got amazing footage and with our bride and her bridal party that was quite easy to do. Look at the gorgeous dress of Aisling and her wedding flowers. What vibrant colors – simply amazing!
After the ceremony we went to the photo shoot not only at the grounds of the Raheen Woods Hotel, but also a private house on a secret location. This house was beautiful and the perfect backdrop for the couple shoot with our newlyeds.
The rain did not dampen anyone’s spirit at all and we had great fun with our couple all day long until their very important first dance as Mr & Mrs.
